To live properly, literally anyone needs interaction with others - isolation from experience and interaction with the world leads to atrophy, and the same goes for a tulpa.
If you are planning to make a tulpa, the tulpa needs interaction with you at first, while it cannot get interaction from other sources. Later on, interaction with you is always good, but other interaction is also extremely helpful for development, growth, and general mental health.

Interaction with a variety of individuals is best. Varied experiences.
Kind of a meta question, anyone here familiar with Tulpa101? A bit of an argument ensued and I was told using tulpa.info was not a legitimate source...but no one could give me a valid reason.
If you all know nothing about that, then I'll dismiss that as nonsense.
Sadly I was not given much information to go on.
I found tulpa.info in a basic google search, and a little digging led me to this server.
When I tried to suggest said website as an authoritative source on the matter, I was told your info was out of date and that y'all were trolls.
Quite honestly, given tulpa.info is centered more around psychological explanations of tulpas, I would think it is one of the better sources for information compared to the constant waves of people giving explanations that are based on entirely unsubstantiated magical phenomena.
Not intrinsically, no. If you are doing something new, such as possessing for the first time, you may feel some fatigue. Or at least, that has been my experience and shared by many other people I have asked.
Are there any sort of bad or good idea to avoid things I might do with my tulpa (other than obvious stuff like abuse her) that could actually be damaging to her or her development?
found some guides on the forum if that helps

if there's any specific problem you're having with it go ahead and ask and someone here could probably help you (my imposition is kinda meh, there's probably people here more qualified than me to help you)
